Wednesdays, The Last Of The Rainy Summer Days, And The Rest Is DEEP In This Blog Post!
Hello and Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope all is well! Today is a pretty chill day because I have a little bit of time to myself and I thought I would pop on here and have a little bit of a chat for the day! One of the first things I did this morning when I woke up and made myself a delicious cup of coffee! I have started this thing where I feel like I need it every single morning after I had just broken the habit recently! Oh, well! I guess old habits die hard right? I normally buy the french vanilla coffee but this time I decided to opt-out for the caramel macchiato and it has been soooo yummy! You guys know I LOVE my coffee from home so I must have creamers that make it taste like it came straight out of the coffee shop! Ha! Don't get me wrong, I tend to go to more coffee shops around the holidays because there are soooo many amazing flavors that come out during that time of year! Gingerbread latte, peppermint mocha, lavender lattes, OH MY! But for now, I am going to sit back and enjoy the last little bit of summer with my home coffee with my cozy socks on for the evening! #livinthatlazylife

Anyways, the weather here has been super bipolar lately! I can't tell if it is because it is trying to transition seasons or because the earth is indeed too warm but all I know is that I am super happy to get a little bit of rain this month. If I am being honest, this summer was brutal when it came to the heat waves and it almost ALWAYS ruined my hair in one setting! One day it got so bad that I felt like I was suffering from severe dehydration even though I was throwing back water like a racehorse! There are even days where I carried both my WATER and GATORADE just so that I could be on the safe side of getting sick! I don't know many things in life but what I can assure you is that you don't ever want to get sick in the summertime! It is one of the worst kinds of sickness and sometimes feels worse than the winter flu! Ugh! That's one of the reasons I am very glad that it is in the forecast to rain for the rest of this week! I feel like our earth is super dehydrated right now and it seriously needs water from heaven! And besides, when it rains I can instantly feel the coolness in the air around me and it makes running errands and riding around in the car that much easier! With the weather feeling a bit lackluster today I knew it was the perfect time to light a candle and rest in my room for a bit! Does anyone else make time for midday naps after a large breakfast? I swear those are the best naps int the whole entire world!

But as you can see, I didn't sit down and enjoy my nap for too long. I am a busy body by nature and I love to be busy through most times of the week! As a matter of fact, I always feel a bit high-strung when I don't have very much to do! Is anyone else like that? I know it's not healthy but I cannot help myself and that's just the way I am! Ha! I normally use my Wednesdays more wisely than this but sometimes ya girl just gotta work on herself from time to time! Well, it's starting to get closer to noon and I have a few things I need to accomplish before the evening rolls around! But before I go, what do you guys like to do on your "Wednesday" moments??? Let me know in the comments down below!
