Come Wedding Guest Shopping With Me: Trying To Find The Perfect Dress!
Hey guys and welcome to a brand new blog post! Today is going to be all about shopping for a dress that I have to wear to an upcoming wedding and YEP, you guessed it, ya girl needs something to wear! LOL!
Yall, I'm gonna be honest! I don't have any idea what I want to wear to this wedding and I don't even know where to begin to look for something cute but that's not going to defer me from trying! Ha!
The worst part about shopping is not having any idea about what you should wear! There are so many dynamics to cover that it just makes the process so much harder! Do I want to wear pink? Sequins? Like, what do I want to do with my liiiifeeeeeeeeee....
Now you see, this ain't even my style but since I don't know what I'm looking for I just end up picking up any and everything in sight! (Don't be like me yall..).
This was definitely a potential dress, only if they had it in a size XS or S! Ugh! So cute!
Ok, I was totally obsessed with these shoes until I realized they were a size 8! Ha! A size too big so that means that they are meant for someone else! womp, womp,womp.....
Even though I wasn't having any luck in the shoe department, I must say that I did find some pretty cool dresses that looked great on me and some well...just needed to stay in the store! Ha! For instance, this little green dress was the first one that I tried on but not only was the fabric slinky BUT it looked an entire size too big for me! So this was a DEFINITE NO, and did not make the cut!

I really loved this dress as well but my mama said that we don't need to be wearing two colors for a wedding and that's black and white! This is understandable but that doesn't mean I can't add this to my own personal wardrobe! Ha!
Now, I really had high hopes for this dress and look at what it did to me! Lol! Not only was it slouchy but the material was more clingy than saran wrap! You already know I left this one in the dressing room and didn't look back! But all wasn't a total failure! I did leave out of here with the most perfect dress! As a matter of fact, I left out of the store with three perfect dresses! Ha! Be sure to check back here soon to see which one I went for!
