Saying Goodbye To The First Sunday Of 2020 + Feeling Like I Am Off To A Good Start!
It's the latter part of Sunday 2020 and I am finally able to sit down on my blog and word vomit for a bit.
Saying Goodbye To The First Sunday Of 2020 + Feeling Like I Am Off To A Good Start!
The first Sunday of 2020 has finally passed and I honestly felt like I wasn't going to make it! The week seemed a bit more hectic than I remember from the previous decade and I don't know how I feel about that. I am a strong believer it is mainly because the end of 2019 was WILD and a lot of that was still trailing behind into the New Year. As usual, I couldn't control that so I let life do it's thing until it fully subsided into the abyss of the unknown.

With that being said, after the week decided to pass me by, things started to feel like I was on the up and up! And by that I mean I stayed calm throughout the changes and accepted life for what it was! I made a vow to myself that I wasn't going to stress myself out this year and so far so good! Every day I wake up and remind myself that I RUN THIS and it instantly makes me realize that I have the power and control over how my days will flow within this New Year.

So I have been doing what I do best....self-care, pray, accomplish things, rinse and repeat and repeat...

Sometimes you need those moments to remind yourself that things are going waaaay better than you imagined and the outcome will be better than you ever expected. Or, at least that's what I am telling myself for the year 2020!
