A Cute Try On Haul Of All Of The Jumpsuits I Want To Buy!
Hey guys and happy Sunday! How are yall doing!? I am just up sipping my cup of coffee and getting ready to chat with you guys all about the cute clothing items that I was able to try on this past weekend!
Since spring is about to officially spring into our lives I thought it would be the perfect time to point out the fact that it is time to freshen up my wardrobe a bit! One of the main items I am looking to add to my wardrobe is jumpsuits and overalls! If you have been a longtime reader of this blog then you already know how much I LOVE those two items in my life! Grant it, I am not looking for any specific style but what I am looking for something comfy, casual and cute! So you know I did what I do best and that's head over to the thrift stores to see what they have to offer during this season! Honestly, since I am starting to shop or spring clothes so late I didn't think I would find anything great but I was totally shocked to find some cute stuff as soon as I arrived, which in turn made the decision harder to choose from when it came to purchasing my favorite looks! Anyways, enough of the chatter, let's dive right into some of the looks I was able to try on recently.
One of the first items I decided to try on was this cute pair of denim overalls! Denim overalls are some of my favorite items and I tend to wear them several times out of the year! I never really wear a light washed denim but I really liked the way this pair looked on me and it has totally converted me to adding light wash denim to my everyday wardrobe!
If it wasn't for the fact that these orange overalls were too big, I def would have brought these cuties home! I probably could have had them altered but that's waaaay too much work than I would like to handle right now! I like my clothes ready-made and that's that! Ha!
One of the main things that stood out to me and these overalls was the velvety texture and bright colors! For me, spring is all about dressing boldly and colorful so you KNOW that this look is at the top of my wardrobe inspiration list!
Ok, so this look is probably my only "outfit fail" mainly because the fabric wasn't very flattering and the stripes were not making me look the greatest. I normally don't wear many brown colors and this is the reason why! Ha! Maybe I will try again some other time but I don't think it will be during spring 2020!
Ok, so this look may have been my absolute favorite because it had the perfect colors and the little strap that I could wrap around my waist and turn into a cute little bow! *yall know I love me some bows!
I think I loved this look so much mainly because I already have similar items like this in my closet! It totally reminds of this dress that I have in my wardrobe and now I want nothing more than to add this little jumpsuit into my daily wardrobe! And last but not least, I tried on this green cutie but OF COURSE, it was swallowing me whole! Ugh! This jumpsuit had sooo much potential but no matter how I styled it just continued to look baggy on me! But never fear, I was able to find something that worked out super good for me and I will share that with you guys in another blog post later this week!
