A Very Joyous Weekend
Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope all is well! I know I have been having some awesome days and I thought I'd pop over on the blog and share them with you all! This past weekend was so amazing and filled with so many fun moments that I had to share a few pictures from it all! It has been raining a lot here lately so you know as soon as the sun started to shine I was ready to go out and explore the city!
The first thing I wanted to do was do a bit of thrift shopping! You guys know I love a good deal and I felt like I really needed some items that would spruce up my spring wardrobe, which means it was time for a little impromptu shopping trip!
I found so many hidden gems that I wanted to buy everything in the store! I mean look at how cute this bag is?? And it was on sale for only $3.99 as well! What a total steal!
And of course, I found these cute little shoes that I could NOT fit! What a bummer because I really wanted them for myself! If only they had these in a size 7, it would have been a match made in heaven!
It wasn't long before I started to get a little hangry! Which means that it's time for me to grab some lunch! I already knew I wanted to eat at my favorite chicken spot so we didn't have to waste time deciding on what to eat! #ThankGoodness
We decided to order chicken tenders tossed in "Nashville Hot" and "Buffalo" seasoning! Yummy!
We also opted for a side of cajun fries with queso, chives and bacon bits on the top! It was so amazingly good and I wish I had a big plate of it as we speak! Ha!
Lunch was so amazing and we both ate ALL of the food that was on our plates! I can honestly say that today was the perfect date day and I def have more days like this scheduled for the both of us!
Before our food arrived, we thought it would be funny to set up the self-timer and take a few silly pictures! It wasn't until we were done is when I noticed people were sitting in their cars starring at us the entire time! Ha! So embarrassing but so worth it!
