The Perfect Orange Jumpsuit For Dancers In The Summertime
Hello and Happy Monday everyone! It's getting closer and closer to summer and I couldn't be more excited about it! I cannot wait for yummy snow cones, days at the park and warm summer nights out with my family! If there is anything I have learned about the summertime it is the fact that you must absolutely dress comfortable or you're going to be miserable the entire time! Ha! When it comes down to looking for outfits to wear in the summertime, I always go for comfortable and accessible! The last thing I want to do is style an entire outfit and then feel like I have to decorate it with extra pieces as well! For instance, pants and tops ain't my jam during this time of year but show me a romper, jumpsuit or dress and I'm here for it! Normally when I start the shopping process for summer, I like to always keep in mind that it needs to be super cute and keep me cool as well! That's why when my eyes fell upon this adorable little orange jumpsuit I knew I HAD to have it by any means necessary!
When I saw this amazing little jumpsuit hanging on the rack, there were only a few left and I had to say a little prayer in hopes that they would have one in my size! Strangely enough, there was only one XS and two M and so I tried my luck with the medium because XS appeared to be waaaay too small! The one thing about jumpsuits and rompers is that you cannot buy them in your exact size or else they will start to ride up your butt in the most unflattering way! Ha! Anyways, I took both of my items to the dressing room and prayed for the best! Thankfully, the size medium fit like an absolute glove and I ended up purchasing this same jumpsuit in both orange and green!
I was sooo happy with my purchase that I decided to wear my outfit to church the very next day! As you can see I chose to style this romper in a very "modest and comfortable" way for Sunday morning worship! I threw on my denim jacket from Old Navy paired with my cute little booties from Francesca's! And last but not least you already know I had to throw on my favorite bag from Altar'd state because it literally goes with everything in my closet! HA! I honestly feel like this is probably one of my most fun outfits of the summertime and I cannot wait to style this jumpsuit in other ways!
Of course, you know I had to give this jumpsuit the ole flexibility test to see if it would make the cut! As a dancer, I have to make sure that my clothes form closely to my body just in case I ever need to perform a mix of choreography randomly! Better safe than sorry...right? Ha!
