Hello and Happy Monday everyone! Today was a whirlwind of a day but ya girl has made it through! Anyways, recently I have been helping my mama with back to school shopping and I can't help but look at a few things for myself! If you're anything like me then you know how hard it is to walk into a store and not be able to purchase a thing because you're trying to save them coins! Ha!
That's why I always make it my personal mission to go and check out a few things that are on the clearance rack! Thankfully, this little place had quite a few deals and sales and I couldn't wait to see what they had to offer! I was looking for a few summery items but mostly everything was wintery, too big, or just kinda picked over, so I decided to continue my journey into the store to see if there were any better options for me to look through!
As soon as I entered the store I was relieved to see a few items that I would be interested in! Unfortunately, I broke my ONE shopping rule that I always follow and that is shopping without a plan! HA! You know how you shouldn't grocery shop on an empty stomach? Well, the same rules apply for shopping for clothes! You better know what ya getting or you're gonna spend way more money!
I saw the cutest purse in the world! Do you guys think I would rock this or not? Let me know yall!
I saw these outfits on the mannequins in the middle of the store and the one with the yellow top is giving me complete That 70's Show vibes to the fullest! I would totally wear that in the fall time because right now it is just waaaaay too hot to rock this look! LOL!
You guys, I am so beyond obsessed with these pillows! I was very tempted to buy the one with the smiley face and the yellow pillows to decorate my room! Which ones do you think I should get?
Of course, I could t help but to take a little selfie in the mirror before I headed to the clearance rack at the back of the store! I decided to pop on my little black dress, vintage bag, and my favorite pearl earrings to match! I wanted to keep this outfit nice and causal so that I could shop comfortably around the store! PRO TIP: always wear a dress so that when you shop you can try on clothes easily!
Does this little outfit give off those Clueless vibes? I sure do think so! I feel like stores are truly bringing back those old school vibes and I am totally on board with it!
Not that I need another pair of shades BUT you know I couldn't help but take a peep at them anyways!
Even though I didn't find anything that I was crazy about, I did find a cute marble pop socket on sale for $5! Honestly, that was a great deal because these little things are kinda pricy in some places! I plan on doing a bit more shopping this weekend to see if I can find any other good deals! Anyways, that's pretty much all I wanted to check in and chat about today! I'll see you guys around!
