Weekend Food Diary: End Of Summer, Lavender Ice Cream &Welcoming Fall In My Life!

Hey yall and Happy Monday! We have finally made it through the weekend and ya girl could NOT be more excited about it! The one thing I am most excited about is that summer is winding down and that means we are getting closer and closer to Fall! Honestly, I could care less about any Fall activities I am just ready for this heat to get away from me! Ha! Summertime is NOT bae and I cannot wait to be able to finally walk outside without feeling like I am melting into another atmosphere! However, not all things about the end of summer have been awful, I have been enjoying my fair share of sweets and treats this weekend and I thought I would hop over on the blog and share it with you guys today!

Lavender Ice Cream
Yall! I love absolutely anything that is lavender based but I can honestly say that I fell in love with lavender when I had my very first taste of it in ice cream! When I tell you that it is so delicious I cannot describe to you how amazing it is! Now I love EVERYTHING in lavender such as pecans, coffee, little cakes and so much more! The next time you decide to head into a little ice cream shop, don't forget to ask for this flavor! I promise you, it won't disappoint!

Strawberry Crepe
I don't know why I am acting like I didn't just get dental work done but I must let you know that this treat was worth delving into this past weekend! This crepe had a strawberry drizzle, crumbled waffles crumbs and Nutella on the inside! So Yummy! Also, I am normally not a big an of whipped creme on my crepes but for some reason today this added the perfect touch!

Yummy Burgers
Fun fact about me, I prefer to eat seafood almost everywhere that I go but this past week ya girl has had a change of heart! This burger was so good that I barely had any room to finish the rest of it! It was so juicy and seasoned and I cannot wait to eat it again!

Apple Spiced Cider
Don't be judging me but ya girl has had her first Caramel apple spiced cider and it was amazeballs! I know people love their pumpkin spice latte but I am more of an apple cider girl any day!

Brunch Bae
I love a good waffle and ya girl was more than happy to have one with strawberries, blueberries, and bananas with a side of fruit! I don't care what anyone says BUT waffles with fruit on top will always be a mood! And I know I may have a lot of fruit going on in this photo but ever since I got my dental work done it is all I have been craving! Is that weird or not?

Taco's For Life
I honestly feel like tacos are good at any time of the day! Breakfast taco? I'm in! Street tacos for lunch? Heck yeah! Brunch tacos? You ain't said nothing but a thang! Either way, ya girl was more than happy to have some this past weekend with a side of potatoes! Was it worth the food coma?! Yes, it was!!!!

Yogurt Bowl
Nothing like topping off the weekend with a good ole yogurt bowl! Back at it again with all of the fruit bowl filled with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries with a little bit of granola on top! What a great way to end the long weekend! But here we are, back on Monday and I am ready to rock and roll!
