Five Things I Am Grateful For This Holiday Season!
Hi guys and welcome back to the blog!! Today's post is going to be super sweet and simple mainly because it's the day before Thanksgiving and I am about to get ready to eat until I cannot eat no more!!
Anyways, what do you guys have planned for the holiday season! I plan on eating well, spending time with family and just relaxing! We decided to keep it easy this year and make lots of nontraditional foods! Well, it's traditional to us but you'll see more on that later! Ha! Since this week is supposed to be all about celebrating the little things and being grateful for what you have I thought I would share a few things that I am grateful for this holiday season! So I'll stop with the rambling and let's get started!

Five Things I Am Grateful For
  • Family - Yall, I love my family so much because they are always there for me and are always super supportive of everything that I want to do with my life! I don't know about you guys but I know how important it is to have a strong support system and I know not many people can say that they experience this daily and I try not to take this support for granted!
  • God - God is soooo good and he has continued to bless me every single day of this year! I am sooooo undeserving but the LORD has always been there to ease any negative thoughts and encourage me to keep going even if I don't see the breakthrough coming! I am stronger in my faith more than ever and I can only see it going up from here!
  • Shelter- I am grateful that I have a roof over my head, food in my belly and the sanity of my mind. These are all small things that we take for granted every single day but I am thankful to God for making sure I am stable in all four of these categories!
  • Love - I am grateful for the ability to love people and that those people love me back! The world totally could use a little bit more of this but I am very happy that I have this feeling in abundance! #spreadloveandcheeryall
  • Rest - I am grateful that I am in a space in my life where I am not worn out and can rest when my mind and body need it! Trust me, it took years before I could finally reach this point in my life but now I have mastered making sure I save some time for myself and my own personal health and it has worked wonders! Last year I felt mentally tired and I wanted to have more restful nights in my life and that's just what happened!
Well, that's a little list of all of the things that I am grateful for this holiday season! I cannot wait to hang out with the family, eat good food and be lazy for one day out of the year! Ha! Oh, before I go, I just want to let you guys know that there won't be a post over on the blog tomorrow because I will be unplugged and hanging and living my best internet free life! I hope you guys have a Happy Thanksgiving and don't eat too much! Ha! See you guys back in this space on Friday! Blessings to you!
Always Living and Forever Learning,
Sha'Carey Martin
