3 Dresses To Restyle From Shreveport Louisiana Thrift Stores + Dressing Room Try ON!
Hey guys and welcome back to another blog post! Here is the last little bit of what I did when I went out of town recently and I thought I would make one last thrift round-up of all of the goodies that I purchased while I was on vacation last month! So sit back, relax and enjoy on this lovely morning!
Anytime I head out to the thrift stores in new areas I am always amazed at all of the unique outfits that are tailored to the area! I was amazed to see that not only did they have a variety of options BUT that I was able to find something that was just for me!
I am not gonna lie, when I first walked into the store I didn't really get my hopes up too high because it just didn't look too promising. I decided to do what I do best, and that's look past the rubble and focus on all of the potential hidden gems!
Grant it, $7.49 is a bit pricy for a used dress BUT they had items for %50 off which is the TRUE deals of the day! Ok, $7.49 isn't thaaaaat bad, but I wanted to get more bang for my buck so I tried to stay focused on the cheaper areas so that I can come back home with more items (of quality of course).
I mean look at how cute this top is? This is absolutely perfect for the summer/springtime and it was DEF calling my name! However, my mission was to focus on dresses so ya girl had to stay on the vision by any means necessary!
The first dress that I was able to try on was this cute little grey dress that flared out towards the bottom!
I really loved this item because not only was it comfortable but it was also lightweight, which means I can wear this during most of spring as well! I also love the shape of this dress and it totally gives off these amazing hobo chic vibes that I have been obsessed with lately! This dress was only $4 so you already KNOW this one was a keeper!
Ok, so I don't know where I was going with this dress BUT it was kinda cute when I saw it on the rack!
The only reason why I didn't get this dress was because of the shoulder pads and the cinched waist in the middle! Ugh, it was almost a perfect fit BUT I had to leave it at the store for someone else!
And last but not least, I found this cute little black dress and it was DEF a favorite of mine!!
As soon as I tried this dress on I knew that this was the one for me!! This dress was only $5 which means it was an even better deal for me!! Not only did this dress fit like a glove BUT it was nice and flowy which is exactly how I like it!!
