A New Whimsical Shirt For A Bright Sunny Day
Hey guys and welcome to a brand new blog post! Today Is Monday and I can honestly say I had a very splendid weekend! As usual, you will hear more about it as the week unfolds but for now, let's focus on this new top that I thrifted recently shall we?!
Right before we were all forced to go inside and hibernate I was right in the MIDST of grabbing a few pieces for the summertime but I never got to finish! One of the few items I was able to successfully purchase was this cute little top from a vintage store back in March.
As soon as I laid my eyes upon this top I just knew I had to have it! It was right up my street so I did what I do best and that was to grab it off the rack and prayed that it would fit!
As soon as I tried this top on I KNEW it was going to be a match made in heaven! I seriously couldn't have asked for a better thrift store deal on this day! After I was done checking myself out in the mirror I just knew this little cutie was coming home with and it was one of my best wardrobe purchases to date!
The only other problem that I came across was the fact that I had to pair this top with a pair of jeans! Yall, it is soooo hot out here and the LAST thing I wanna do is be running around the city in temperature rising pants. Thankfully this day was a little cooler and I was out and about during the wee hours of the morning so I felt super comfortable in my entire outfit! I decided to pair this top with my thrifted shoes and handbag and a simple pair of brown earrings! I don't know about you guys but I know for a fact that this is going to be my go-to outfit in my wardrobe!
Anyways, I think I may have pulled this biggest scam of summer outfits because I am definitely going to be restyling this outfit every single chance that I get! Do you guys think I did a great job on this outfit? Let me know in the comments down below! See you around!
