You Already KNOW I Got THREE Cute Things From The Thrift Store Today
Hey guys and welcome to a brand new blog post! I don't know about you guys but ya girl has been craving normalcy around here and I am just trying to get it by any means necessary! Anyways, a few days ago I woke up and decided that I needed to pop into the thrift store for a few things and I am so glad I did!
This time I wasn't shopping around for anything specific but I was genuinely just looking around for a little moment of peace. I can't speak for anyone else but I LOVE walking around the thrift store when I need to clear my mind! It's the perfect spot to plug in your earphones and zone out while you shop for interesting pieces! But even though I didn't have anything that I wanted I DID know I was going to leave out of there with something! Ha! I mean, it is the thrift store and it is kinda hard to exit the store empty-handed!
One thing that I did notice in the stores is that everything was literally long-sleeved or winter styled! Ugh, like what's up with that? It's literally 1000 degrees outside and I would like some items that are short-sleeved and breezy, please! And I love to shop ahead of the seasons but ya girl ain't trying to shop MONTHS ahead of winter! Ha! That's just crazy! Needless to say, the items were cute thought but it just wasn't what I was looking for at the moment! But right before I was ready to end my shopping trip I saw a few items that would be of use to me so I grabbed them really quick and headed out the store to celebrate my purchases!
One of the first items I purchased was this cute Bandeau! Yall, I love these soooo much and I swear I buy them every summer. One of my favorite ways to wear these is under tops that have spaghetti straps or off the shoulder dresses! No one likes to see bra straps and I truly feel like this Is the one item that saves me from wardrobe malfunctions every year!
Grant it, I don't have enough hair for these but I did pick up these cute hair clips for my sister! She loves to wear gold anything and I just knew they would be a perfect fit for her! I used to rock these all the time when I had long hair but those days are gone now and so I have no choice but to give them away to my sister! Ha!
And you know I had to buy one more Bandeau for good measure! I swear these are so hard to come by and since they were so cheap today I went ahead and splurged and purchased two of them! Anyways, that's all of the things I purchased today! I normally get more bang for my buck but that's the only thing I have found of interest at the moment! Do you guys think I found some great finds?
