If you have been following this blog for any amount of time then you already KNOW I always come across the creepiest dolls every time I go thrift shopping. I don't know what it is but it just always happens to me! I think this phenomenon is so popular In my life because I am well aware that these little dolls used to be the most haunted thing of the 20th century! I mean think about it, there are movies dedicated to this doll and a REAL haunted raggedy ann doll locked up on display in Connecticut! And if that isn't enough to convince you of these things then I don't know what will! Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know they used to have a cute little cartoon show about raggedy ann and her brother andy! As a matter of fact, I watched a few episodes here and there and I even thought it was pretty cute! But now that I am to my full adult senses I know the truth! I am just not sure about having one in my future home because everyone in the world seems to be afraid of them, including myself! Well, I think fear is a pretty strong word but you know what I mean! #blessedandhighlyfavored

As soon as I walked into the thrift store it must have been my lucky day because I wasn't in there five minutes before my eyes fell upon the three in the chair above! Grant it, the book wasn't as scary as the two dolls but I found it very strange that ALL three of them were watching me as soon as I entered into the store! I stopped long enough to get a picture and decided to run for my life! However, to my surprise that would NOT be my last run-in with raggedy ann for the day!

And look at what I see as soon as I turned the corner! ANOTHER DOLL! And you know what's so funny, a lady told me I should buy this to take home to my sister and I yelled "girrrl no"! Ha! We not bringing that up in our house for my siblings to play with!

And last but certainly not least, I stumbled upon this hidden gem that was still in the box! I don't know what makes this one so special but all I know is that she was not coming with me! Ha! Oh, I just noticed that on the packaging of the box it says it will be celebrating 70 years to the date! That's crazy! I just have one small question before I go! Would you buy this doll for anyone of your family members or would you just ignore it altogether! After reading my post I am sure you already know how I feel about it! Ha! Anyways, that's all I wanted to chat about today! Other than that I am spending this fine Saturday at home getting my life together! Ok, that's enough yapping for the day! I hope you guys have a lovely weekend!
