My NEW Thrifted Striped Shirt + How I RESTYLED It!
Hey guys and welcome to a brand new blog post! Today I am here to chat it up all about this new blouse that I found at the thrift store recently! Can any of you guess how much It costs? #itwasVERYcheapyall
But before I go any further with that shirt can we PLEASE talk about how ya girl has been sooo obsessed with jeans lately? Who would have thought!? Not Me! Every single day I have been super excited to get dressed because I have so many fun ideas when it comes to putting together different looks for the three different pairs of jeans that I have! Do you guys think I am going to stick to this trend? I feel like jeans have become apart of my everyday life now and I think that they are here to stay!
Ok, so on to more important things, like this shirt that I scored for a small fortune of $3!!! Yes, you heard me right, $3!! yall, as soon as I saw this shirt I knew I had to have it! Grant it, I am not much of a button-up girl but since I have been experimenting in my wardrobe a bit I felt like this was the right step in a new direction! I was totally inspired by Meghan Markle's style and I just wanted to have a bit of that Markle sparkle for a day! Now I can totally see why she wears this look so much! Not only is it comfy and casual but it also gives you that big boost of confidence that we all love and need in our lives!
I decided to just tie together this looks with my FAV olive greenish/grey shoes that I purchased a while ago paired with my favorite thrifted handbag! And to top it off, I added a dark brown belt to accessorize the look with the shirt tucked in slightly in the front!
And since it was a tad bit chilly out, you know I had to pull out my favorite winter trench coat to bring together the entire look! You guys know I can't STAND wearing coats but since the temperatures were extremely low I guess today was a major exception! HA!
