Feeling Whimsical In My Floral Top That I Thrifted Recently!
Hey guys and welcome to a brand new blog post! It's raining heavily outside and ya girl is currently sitting back, drinking some coffee and enjoying the slow mornings. I am very happy that spring has arrived BUT the only thing I dislike about this season is that it's sooo much rain! Nonetheless, I won't complain because I am more than ready to welcome those sunshiny days that I know spring will bring.
But other than the weather, I absolutely LOVE this time of year. It's that perfect time where people seem to be a bit more chipper because they are leaving that winter funk and there seem to be a few more good options when it comes to outfitting choices in the stores! If you have been a long time reader of this blog then you already KNOW how much I love my florals and I honestly feel like this is the best time of year to wear them and explore all of the floral options that are available during this time of year.
One of my favorite spring tops this season has been this little heather grey, long sleeve top that has floral sleeves as an accent feature. You guys, as soon as I saw this shirt I knew I had to have it in my life! Two of my favorite things that I love in my outfits are florals and large buttons and this shirt offered just that. However, I am not gonna lie that when I first laid eyes on this shirt it wasn't my FIRST option because I also had some pretty amazing things in my basket during the time. One of the biggest deciding factors was when a lady leaned over into my basket and said " that shirt is sooo cute and if you don't want it, id totally buy it" and that's when I knew I had struck a gold mine and that I needed this shirt to come home with me ASAP!
Now by the first sight, you would think that there aren't many ways that you can style this shirt but I have actually worn it several different ways so far! But in case you haven't noticed that my MOST favorite way to style this look is with a cute pair of jeans and a pair of clog shoes! I mean you honestly can't tell me that this isn't such a cute look!
As you can see I am pretty satisfied with the way this entire look turned out! Normally when I find an outfit that I absolutely love I tend to wear it over and over again so let's hope you don't see me in this same look AGAIN by the end of the week! Ha!
